Darth Bane5I have come to this location multiple times to use their change machine. Today I brought in over $1700 in coins, and continually needed help. The staff was exceedingly kind, and Laura, the Head Teller, helped me FOR OVER AN HOUR!!! You do not find customer service like this anywhere else!!! They are AMAZING!!!!!!

Latisha Ellis2I went there to ask about a bank account and the bank rep walks up with NO mask on just talking away and they have the nerve to have a notice or disclaimer on the door stating they there are not to be held liable if you get sick or die. He didn't even create a reasonable distance. I know the bank wants to be personable but not at the risk of others.Where is the protocol? I don't know the bank reps vaccine status and they don't know the status of their customers so to stay on the safe side the bank reps that help with establishing an account should at least were a mask. It takes 30 minutes to an hour to set up an account. That's a large amount of time being in someone's face swapping germs. Protect your customers. Full disclosure, the tellers did have masks on.

Riley “Blonde” Watkins1My mother swears by this bank, but honestly when it comes down to it I’ve only had negative experiences. Not only did they not have mobile deposit until very recently, but when I did my first mobile deposit, they rejected it for seemingly no reason and I had to wait another 24/hrs to get MY MONEY. 30 min hold on the phone, no help, and the rep basically told me I was SOL. They frequently add holds to my account, pretty much every time I try and deposit my bankroll in person I have to sit and wait to talk to the manager and have her remove the hold. Don’t waste your time. If you are buying a house or whatever I’m sure they’re great, but day to day banking, this is not the place.

joleah jackson2My husband and I went to the branch on Saturday, only to find that the Saturday hours are for drive through only. Came back on Monday morning only to be told that we would have to call to inquire about home loans. We really wanted this to be a great experience, but at this point, we may need to go elsewhere.

DeeDee Smith1Extremely poor customer service. In here closing my account because it's become such a hassle. Been here for more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to get off the phone. A man came in to close down the account of his deceased father and there was zero compassion. Another lady came in and wanted to order checks after not having a good experience doing it online previously and was told basically that since shes already done it once, she should be able to do it again. Clear from my personal interaction and watching the interactions with other customers that I'm making the right choice to not do any more business here. Stay clear.

Theresa Cronic1This bank use to have great customer service. I don’t know who is making all the changes but they are not interested in making the customers happy. None of these branches are open to 6 O’clock anymore which makes it impossible for those of us that have daytime jobs to do anything inside the bank. Most of the time you can’t reach them by phone. No one is answering the phones no matter what time you call. You very rarely get a smiling face when you do have to go inside to do some banking. I’m giving this bank 6 more months to improve and if it doesn’t get better I will be looking somewhere else.

In the past years , doing business with this bank has had very good service for me , and yes new people come and go with many different businesses and changes in place , which should not change how all customers should be treated from the Employees of this bank .

G M1How do you refinance thru drive thru???? I do not like putting my personal info online. Checked website before leaving this morning, and it said open til 1. Pull up and park, get out and several others told us they were closed as they were getting back into their cars. So disappointed, been thinking about doing this all week.

neo 1845683825This has been my bank since I was young. I just bought my second car through the Members Choice Auto. My whole family has used this service at least once. I love the service. Robert found me a better car than what I asked for, and got me a better price too. My loan officer Cynthia, and Robert got everything done quickly and easily.

Crystal I1Not impressed with their services. Came in for a auto loan and a personal loan credit score is well above average. Was denied for both with little to no explanation. My “advisor” Katie took a week to get back to me after calling her several times to inquire about the status. I was not impressed and will close my savings account I have with them. At least keep clients abreast and updated with the status of their applications.
