  I've been baking with this bank for over 10 years my id and card was stolen took the police report and explained I don't have an id or a card and need a new card and got told we can't help. I can understand if I never go into the bank but every 2 weeks I'm in there they wouldn't even look at the police report Once I can get my stuff transferred I'm leaving canvas worse bank ever and the manger is worthlees. Stay away from this bank.

  I have been with canvas for over 10yrs and am closing my account after finding out my Heloc loan was closed on me without any notice due to no activity on it for awhile. I was going to use it to pay off some credit card debt and when I logged on to my account it was not listed anymore so I called them and all I got was sorry its's been closed you can open a new one well not that easy as the manager I spoke with said it would be he admitted they dropped the ball by not notifying me but could not reinstate the one I had this was very upsetting not fair to me as a long customer I will not refer them to anyone All get another Heloc from somewhere else

  Enrique is amazing. Went to change some things on my accounts today and he was so helpful. Great customer service from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Thank you!

  Anthony one of the customer representatives at the canvas branch is awful. He should not be working there. Poor customer service. He was so rude and not helpful at all on resolving my problems. Very short and could careless about my situation. I do not ever want to have any contact with him. Overall he is unprofessional.

  This branch has to be the slowest Canvas bank anytime I visit it’s no sense of urgency especially when it’s something as simple as withdrawing money.

  Went here for info about an auto loan, and the guy working here was super kind & knowledgeable. Not all a pushy experience like being somewhere like Wells Fargo. My fiancé & his family has been with Canvas forever & I’m excited to open an account with Canvas soon! I love how conveniently located this particular Canvas is, too!

  I have been a member both before and after the name change and haven't had issues with this credit union in either customer service or on-line banking. I frequently deposit checks on-line these days due to covid and it works easily. I have several additional accounts (you have to have a saving account but don't have to keep lots in it , and the checking account is free). But in addition I have other 'accounts' to help me save for a specific reason or to get higher money market % (which are still abysmal now though with the low interest rates). I can readily move my money between the accounts and also can send money to external accounts (ie. my son's account at another institution). I am not sure what issues others are having with 'on-line' ??

  Literally the worst credit union in Colorado. And the app is absolutely horrible.

  This is a shady shady unprofessional place. This drive through line at a quarter to four on Sept 7 has had the worst people working in it. Please delegate their responsibilities to people who care about people. I've spoken to the manager about the poor treatment I've received here today.

  The only reason they only got 4 stars is because I had a terrible experience at the branch at 8th and Colorado. The gentleman in the office was rude and did not take care of my requests. However I went to University branch for some resolution and not onlt did Zema and Dinorah go above and beyond they did it with grace and attentiveness. Best customer service I have EVER received from a bank. They are kind and accomidating! I will never go to the other branch again!
