  I have worked and shopped in pawn shops for several years and i can honestly say this is the worst one yet! I will never come back. To start: ANY employee that says "F@$k you" under their breath , but loud enough for the customer to hear, should be fired. Its not the customers fault that you over loaned on that item so now you are having to sell it OVER retail price . lol it was pointed out that a new one with warrenty was being sold new at a major chain store the same exact price And thats how you chose to handle it? Just wow! What it comes down to is if this place is your first experience in a pawn shop...please dont judge all pawn shops by this one. Its NOT a good example of how this type of business is ran

  Sold me a ps2 two with no memory card and a game with no game in it. Call to ask them about it said the ps2 didn’t come with a memory card. Then hung up on me. Said nothing about the game. I tried to call back right after she hung up. Went straight to voicemail. Tried to leave a message and their voicemail is full. Last time I go here for real that’s some BS!

  In terms of items for sale, especially tools, the merchandise is reasonably priced. However, in terms of loans or sales, lowball specialists is putting it kindly. I have sought loans or sales on items that totaled over $600 as appraised by the online marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, Facebook), only to have been offered a grand total (and I wish I was joking) $14! If you have the time or patience to sell your items, do it elsewhere.

  Love this pawn shop. Staff is super friendly and you can get a warranty for anything for dirt cheap. Got a ps3 and one of the controllers didnt work. They swapped it out in about 10.5 seconds. Super awesome pawn shop!

  I have used this place a few times, this last one was not cool . There staff took my cord and then tried to make is seem like it was my fault, then tried to give me some crappy that did NOT come with my item. I would not use them ever i would go to some where they have integrity.

  Really Nice Folks. Made the experience quick and painless and assured me they would take care of personally valuable items. Loan terms were easy to understand. Would recommend for a quick transaction with straightforward people.

  Tried to call for an estimate, and the employee wouldn't even let me get two words out. How do you do business, talking over what was going to be a customer

  The store manager is the nicest store manager I’ve seen. They have friendly workers. The store is clean and has fantastic prices. 100% recommend.

  Sold me PlayStation headphones for 42.50 without the USB Bluetooth to hook them up Therefore they are not usable so I returned them and they only gave me back $38 on their mistake! FYI

  Avoid this location like the plague. Management doesn't care to even have a conversation with you let alone offer you anything worthwhile. Was browsing around and prices look out of control compared to surrounding pawn shops. Better luck finding a pawn shop nearby.
