  Honestly the best bank our company has ever banked with. We have had quite a few switches over the years and Unity Bank, (esp the Union branch) has always met all of our expectations ten fold. Everyone at this location is beyond accommodating, everything we ever need is always done seamlessly with out hesitations. They are the friendliest group of people and make my daily visits much brighter.

  disappointed by the actions taken against a bank account of a church and non-profit associations. certainly the management team take a radical position without explanation..

  My experience when trying to open a business account was horrendous! The service provided to me was beyond tacky, and incompetent! I would never recommend anyone to unity bank and will file a complaint regarding the services I received. Please take your money to a place where the people in “Leadership ” are competent and willing to admit when they don’t know or understand something. Ana(manager in the union location), I hope you take this time to learn from your lack of knowledge regarding the signing of the business documents, instead of retaliating by not opening my account after your compliance manager gave you the okay too do so, all because you provided me with the wrong information in the beginning. That had to be the most deceitful and pettiest thing I’ve ever experienced by a professional. But it is what it is, and I kindly took my money elsewhere now I’m a proud “business banker” at Atlantic Federal Credit Union😊☺️.

  Reviews for this branch was prior to the racist woman manager that was hired. This whole bank sucks as a whole. All the people who worked here that were willing to help me prior to 2017 is gone. It is now the worst community bank in NJ. Bring your money elsewhere!

  I have been banking here for more than 6 years. Costumer service is the best. I love this bank. They always try to help with all of your banking needs. Deposits, withdrawals, overdraft protection. They are understanding and resourceful.

  People are great. Bank is just super old. Needs an update
