  If you’re trying to pawn jewelry but happen to be black with braids, don’t bother. You will be profiled and denied. As I explained to the lady, the tags are still on the jewelry because they were given to me that way to show their value. She cared not. It’s sickening to be getting this treatment in 2022. Especially with cameras everywhere and photo ID being presented.

  When you want great customer service and a nice selection you can’t ask for more but to go the WM.S Rich and Sons! I enjoy going to there Union store on Stuyvesant Ave, they have great hospitality and service!

  Honest, patient, non-judgmental, fairly priced, respectful, pleasant, enjoyable, professional, quality service. Truly OUTSTANDING customer service. Mark, Mariella, and the rest of the staff have been so wonderful to us EVERY time we've gone in. Not a single time have I been disappointed with the service or the work. Without a moments hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for being so outstanding- you've got our business!

  Walked in the store and I was literally racially profiled as soon as I handed them the expensive ring I was trying to sell. They asked me multiple unnecessary questions that would not have been asked if I was a black male. Then they proceeded to not buy the ring off of me for a reason they could not give me. Sad. Sad. Sad.

  WM rich pawn shop is a joke they say they only pawn or buy gold watches but they don't have any gold watches in the showcase for sale all they have is knock off Invicta and Seiko I will never ever recommend anyone to go there if it was the last place on earth

  TOTALLY DISHONEST! OUTRIGHT THEIVES! BE AWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I WAS FOOLISH TO TRUST THEM WITH MY JEWELRY AND THEY TAMPERED WITH IT BY REPLACING MY DIAMONDS WITH FAKES AND REMOVING A THIRD OF THE WEIGHT FROM MY GOLD BRACLET AND WATCH! PLEASE MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS!
