      There's a reason why this particular branch location has such low Google reviews. The bank manager chose NOT to waive the $10 check cashing fee. Not only that, they charge $5.99 per month for the cheapest bank account if you don't want to carry a balance. Other than having free pens that you can grab without any additional fees it's best to just go anywhere else for banking. Definitely go to the Santander Bank branch, they have no banking fees on your basic checking account as long as you do one debit card transaction per calendar month.

      Service at this branch has become bad. They have become rude at times and slow service. I've seen a steady decline at this branch. I would think twice before opening a account here.

      The bank on chestnut is a horrible place to Do business . I went thru the drive thru instead of going in the bank because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to expose people to whatever I had. So I deposited my money with a lady at the window and told her that I needed a new card because somebody stole my cards at the hotel I was staying in. She insisted on telling me I had to come in the branch, once again I said I can’t I’m sick I said I have covid although I wasn’t sure yet. When I said that she poured sanitizer on my ID and threw it at me and said get out of here you alien monster our machine is broke. I was so frustrated and on fire because I was told to go thru the drive thru and the fact I was assaulted, it was bad enough the cleaning lady of my room stole my cards. I went right in that branch to curse that lady out at that point then she said her name and picture is all over the wall as If she got pull and nothing would happen she need to be fired. I also felt discriminated against cause I’m disabled and she called me a alien monster and she called the police on me while I’m under complete distress I needed my card to pay for another hotel until I get tested for covid. If I was feeling so sick and stressed I would’ve pressed charges for assault on her and the fake she was the manager a frail woman brown skin. She need to fired what for she did to me.

      Bank closed my account and took all my money for no reason. $650 not worth it to hire a lawyer, but pretty messed up. I would never bank with them again. Horrible institution. Called customer service who redirected me to this location. Nasty lady on the phone yelled about service fees and hung up on me. I am sure the math didn't add up. Big corporate thieves. I hope the worst for TD bank.

      Discriminated against me when I came in to open a account. They called my job with out even notifying me to see if I was telling the truth about were I worked and my reason for wanting a direct deposit account. She said I need a minimum of 50 dollars to open a account and cash. I said I had 500 dollars cash to deposit today and wanted to set up direct deposit for my job so could she give me a direct deposit slip. She was so rude. The manager Ann Marie was so nasty and ghetto it was unbelievable! I am a hard working mother of two who pays her taxis and owns a new car and home and never had another woman disrespect me as such. I went in there with my comfy regular gym wear cause I had just worked out and I guess she judge me as some one who was uneducated or scamming. She said she just checking to see if I do fraud! I felt attacked! The worst customer service ever Anne Marie need to be fired! And the people she have working under her are being misguided to think that her actions or choices for custody service is adequate! But they are not!

      I called in advance for change and bills since they ask to make a call ahead of time. I was told it'd be ready in 30 minutes. I gave them an hour and nothing was ready. I had to wait 20 minutes and was given the wrong bills, change and it was short $40. Just like the other reviews, service is SLOWWWWWW and extremely unorganized. There's a reason why everyone gives this branch 1 star. It's Awful.

      Ms. Anne Marie needs to be fired. She does things that are out of protocol and tries to cover it up and has no answers. Has very poor customer service , discriminated against my wife. Purely disgusting. They need new management! The employees are starting to learn from her and she is teaching all the wrong things! Anyone who ever ask me I will tell them not to go the this TD bank! She will be reported to corporate!

      I’ve came to location for the last 3 visits for deposits and after waiting in line like every other customer, the teller asked me if I can take a seat and if she could assist other customers waiting behind me since my deposits were too many. If I am waiting in line as everyone else is, I should be assisted when it is my turn not after everyone else is assisted who was waiting behind me. Definitely not the “most convenient” location of TD bank!!

      TD bank has proven they can not handle a crisis of any kind! My daughter tried to get an online job as an assistant and was given specific instructions to deposit a check from her employer. When she deposited the check it proved to be fictitious from the so called employer. But instead of helping this teen, they turn the situation around on her and accuse her of being the criminal. TD has proven they are not worthy.

      Went in to this branch with 2 minor problems, was told I didn’t need to wait and my problem would be solved within the hour. Sounded too good to be true, and it was! Turns out neither of my 2 issues were resolved and when I called days later to follow up was told I would have to come back in again and that it was because I dealt with a new girl. Horrible customer service!
