Matthew Ortiz1I don’t get why this branch is even opened. I went to the branch and before entering the security guard said the person inside is busy and I will have to form a line and wait. They also said I would need to schedule an appointment during the week. The line was insane, and even the drive thru line was packed.

Jasmin Michelle Gonzalez1OMG service is horrible in here. Seems like people try to be nice but that’s not enough. I went to make a large deposit and what a hard time I got from all of them to include the manager. Yes I understand the policies, yes I understand everything because I also work for a large bank but I went prepared to avoid all this and provided all docs, my personal info, like 7 different forms of ID and they still were giving me a hard time and they expected me to understand. This is nonsense. Offered me a cashier check instead of cash. No team! I did not want a cashier check, I thought I was clear when I said cash. Horrible experience

Louis Gonzalez1This is the worst Chase branch in the area. Since they closed a larger branch in Union center, this location is now the only one in town and gets swamped on payday and weekends. The single drive up ATM is regularly out of cash or broken. The inside staff is nice but this bank is way too small for the number of people it needs to support. Unfortunately, it is the closest to my house so I now have to drive a few miles out of my way to the Millburn branch to avoid the constant nonsense.

Kevin Arnaiz1Worst chase during Covid 19. Can’t even get out the parking lot or maneuver out without a least a 10+ wait. Outdoor ATM only which is broken every other week. 1 teller for a line of two drive-ups. The parking lot is tiny the inside is smaller. A quick deposit takes me about 20-30 mins

Christian Pozzo3The ATM is terrible, service inside is great. I rarely step inside so the ATM not being able to dispense cash or accept deposits every 1 out of 3 times I visit is a huge pain. This delays me during my day and I end up having to drive to another Chase a town over that always seems to work just fine unlike the Union location.

Frank Altamirano1Mad I can't give it 0 stars. Seriously why doesn't Chase just close this location. The parking lot is tiny the inside is smaller. There isn't an accessible walk up atm 2 out of 5 time I go the drive up atm is down. And when it goes work it only dispenses 20s. DO BETTER!

Ty Boone4I would give it give stars, but I don't like the tiny parking lot. I love the hours, the location, and the tellers are always pleasant! They don't play games with posting up to minute transaction, charge you bogus fees, or create new accounts every 4 weeks making you change you checking account. I thank God I left that rude bank (ryhmes with smells horrible). My most memorable experience, it was my birthday and on the envelope the teller wrote happy birthday with a family face. When I looked up the tellers smiled and all said happy birthday. When I went to my car, I cried because that moment, that act of kindness and the tellers smiles was the only thing that made me feel like celebrating my birthday. I will never leave this bank!!!!!!!!!!! No rude managers. No rude anything! Keep up the great work!

cordney gardner1This bank is beyond horrible I moved and was to have a new card mailed to me, never got it this was 4 weeks ago. Every time I call there's no manager available or in the branch. No one wants take responsibility for this and I've spoke to over 8 people in customer service, never had these issues at chase in Elizabeth. I have to constantly go to the bank for money. I have another bank which I think I'm going to switch all my money over to. The doors of the bank are boarded up and they have terrible customer service. Why are these people still open?

Jodee Be1Today I went to the ATM to make a CASH deposit and instead of receiving my funds right away the ATM ends up having technical difficulties. I went into the Union branch connected to the ATM and no solution. I had to make a claim and wait up to 12 hours before receiving a deposit that should have taken less than a minute. How Convenient? 😔
