  The staff is friendly and helpful, but I am often here outside their business hours and the ATM at this location has been broken for weeks and won't dispense cash. Doesn't stop them from charging ATM fees when you use another ATM though. And speaking of fees, Unitus' fees are substantially higher than the other credit union in Portland of which I am a member, and their APY on interest-bearing accounts is entire percentage points lower. If you don't like the nickel-and-dime-you-for-everything experience, try a different credit union.

  I picked the right credit union! They are the best! I have had nothing but the best customer service and the account SECURITY is top notch! Cannot say enough good things about UCCU!

  Nicholas C., Member advocate, at the Clackamas branch & Hector via phone customer service were fantabulous for our queer, scatterbrained, alternative family. Answered extensive new member questions, discussed pro's and con's of different account features, made it clear how to use e-banking and reach out via email and rescheduled smoothly!

  I've always had good experiences working with Unitus employees, but this branch is definitely exceptional. Rebecca was super helpful and kind, and it all came across as super genuine, which makes a world of difference. Great at answering questions for a hearing impaired customer on a day with record high temperatures. Thanks so much!

  Im a shared branch member and I was told that I would be able to make a check deposit at your CU. I went to Unitus Westmoreland and unfortunately the branch does not participate in the network. However, Luciana was able to help me look up the closest branches where I could make my deposit. The customer service here is amazing!
