  If I could give Ross and his team more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve have been in communication with Ross for about a year waiting for my home to be built. He has always responded to my needs and crazy questions I’ve come up within what seems like minutes. He is patient and kind and will always pick up the phone and call you to help you understand things better. He has coached me on the process numerous times with grace. He is also very honest and will not steer you down a path with no good ending. I will recommend him to everyone and will definitely use his services again. Thanks Ross!

  As a realtor, I look hard for lenders who I can trust with my clients. I look for a high degree of integrity, someone who is honest, hard working, and reachable. I want someone who will always put the best interest of my clients first because I want my clients to have confidence that they are making the best decisions for their financial well being.   Ross and his team did a fantastic job handling my wife's and my mortgage. As first time home buyers there was a lot that we didn't know. Ross made it a special point to inform us of what we needed to do and what to expect next. He even went through line-by-line what each part of the mortgage agreement meant. He was always quick to respond to our needs and handled each step with a humble confidence. 11/10 would use him again.

  I've worked with Ross on one deal now, and his responsiveness was off the charts. His quick action helped me secure the necessary approvals and other documents for my client in a timely manner and made the transaction smoother than it otherwise would have been. He also kept my client informed and prepared him for the various stages of the loan and financing process, which meant at signing there were no questions or surprises. I've also attended a few of Ross' classes, both in group settings and also with just myself and a fellow realtor, and have found them to be very informative. I highly recommend Ross and his team.
