  Working with Jake Planton was an absolute pleasure! Our transaction took FOR-E-VER because of appraisals being set back (NOTHING that Jake did wrong, the appraisal company was a joke) but Jake was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He communicated very quickly, kept us up to speed with everything going on, answered all our questions in a helpful and timely manner, and was overall great to work with. I will be recommending him to friends and family and hopefully my wife and I will get the chance to work with him again. Thanks Jake!

  Jake was fantastic to work with! As a first time buyer we had lots of questions and his patience and extensive knowledge helped instill our trust in the decisions we made.   Jake helped us with the purchase of our home in 2017 and he was amazing! So naturally, when I saw him post that mortgage rates were very low, we immediately asked him to help us with a refinance. Just like before, Jake was lightning fast in every stage of our transaction!
