  Bob McDaniel is the best in the Mortgage/finance business. We have closed four mortgages with him over the past several years. He works diligently for his clients, keeps them informed and updated, responds quickly to questions or concerns through the process. He gets immediate results and completes the transactions in a timely manner.

  Bob McDaniel was our 3rd opinion and right away we knew he was who we needed on our home buying team. He came highly recommended by our realtor and was known to "get things done." The first 2 brokers we dealt with were ready to approve us before doing a thorough review of our finances, most importantly debt to income ratio. Had he not taken that extra time to get a clear financial picture for us, we would have likely had things fall through at closing. This being my 3rd time buying a home I was admittedly surprised to see Bob actually attend the signing, to answer any questions should they arise. All in all, Bob's professionalism and frequent reassurance made the financing aspect of our home buying transaction flow more smoothly than we ever could have expected.   I worked with Bob McDaniel almost 10 years ago while buying my first home and again recently while purchasing an investment property. He has done a great job through both of those transactions.
