  United Wholesale was fantastic, providing personal service and quick response to my calls and texts. They worked with me thru a new house loan and a later refinance. Providing a guarantee if my new house loan rate dropped in 6 months I would be eligible to refinance at zero cost. My loan officer held to the guarantee and saved me $160 per month. United Whilesale was recommended to me by a personal friend and I highly recommend them. Offering low competitive mortgage rates, even for jumbo loans combined with quick and a personal touch. Explaining what I did not understand during the loan process. Thanks

  The worst mortgage company I've ever experienced. They deal with so many different sub-contractors who don't have access to your loan. So you end up having to call 15 times to get the sub-contractor who services your loan. They transfer you as soon as they don't know the answer. By "transfer" I mean hang up on you so you have to call back again to wait in the cue. Once we can refinance I will without a doubt refi so I won't have to deal with this terrible company. The one thing a mortgage company should be great at is customer service. Wish I could give them 1 star. On my 15th phone call and still haven't be able to find someone who knows anything about my loan.

  Evan we have no record of ever doing business with you. We also do not have a "cue". We are an individual mortgage broker based out of Sacramento. We do not even service loans. Our guess is you meant this review for another company. We would appreciate it if you deleted it.
