  Nick did an AMAZING job with my recent home refinance! He was very responsive, thorough & provided updates throughout the process. This was the easiest & quickest mortgage process I have ever experienced. I applied via the secure online portal on a Wednesday morning with minimal document upload, was approved the next day and signed loan documents the following Thursday...over the Holidays! As a lender myself for the last 18 years, I have never seen or heard of anything like this. I highly recommend Nick to everyone....he and his team did a fantastic job! Nick made this a seamless experience & was truly a pleasure to work with.

  My fiance and I recently purchased our first home and decided to work with Nick for a multitude or reasons. Nick was always professional, prompt with his responses, and most importantly to us he was an educator. There was no such thing as a dumb question, he never made us feel like we should have known something, he took the time to make sure we understood what was happening and what was going to happened next. While we were shopping Nick would periodically check-in with us and ask if we needed anything, he was constantly in contact with our agent. Another big reason we went with Nick was speed, we were able to write an 18 day close on our offers, and somehow he was able to even accelerate that timeline down to 12 days once we got in contract! When we got into contract we had a had a small issue with out interest rate, Nick explained the situation, understood my position, and backed us up to get what we were looking for. 10/10 Would/will recommend to all my friends and family.

  Nick was very helpful to my wife and I during the process of buying our first home. On multiple occasions he would reach out just to see if we had any questions and provided plenty of updates during the process to keep us informed.   I had the pleasure of working with Nick Agar on my mortgage refinance. Nick is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When I had questions, he answered me right away and when I had trouble navigating on my computer (I'm not computer savvy at all) he took the time to walk me through it. My refinance only took two and a half weeks and Nick got me a 2.25 interest rate! What I like most about Nick is the balance of professionalism with how down to earth he is. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and we could joke and laugh while handling business. I've been bragging at work and recommending him to all my friends and family. Now I have a broker I can trust.
