  I got my mortgage in 2020 when the mortgage industry was incredibly busy due to low rates and Covid. Additionally, I went under contract just before Thanksgiving and closed just before Christmas, a time when many people are on vacation. Jason and team worked quickly to get my loan approved and funded. This was my first time going through the mortgage process and I expect that I required more attention than seasoned home buyers. I was able get ahold of Jason easily through calls, text, or email as needed. Jason and team delivered even during challenging times and everyone at APM was friendly to deal with.   Happy again. We have been working with Jason and his team who recently helped us refinance our home (he also had helped us with the original home loan so we are repeat customers). Needless to say, I have gone through the loan process many times and it is never an easy process, and as your finances get more complex it becomes an even more arduous task.   We bought our first home through Jason Mata and APM. He helped us Refinance 4 years later. We financed our house painting that was paid with our taxes. This made it difficult to figure out the Refi, but we got it done. Thanks again Jason & APM.
