  If I could give 0 stars I would. They didn't even look up how much my item is being sold for properly and lied to my face about it's worth. My item sells for an average of over $400 used. They wouldn't even make an offer and told me the item sells for at most $150. Scam artists plain and simple. I was hoping for a decent offer...they couldn't even do that. Someone needs to slap some sense into those clowns. No wonder I saw multiple people walk out of there within the short time I was there. Idiots.

  They are awesome. I missed a payment, totally forgot, when i called they still had my stuff and let me make the payment. Best place in town.

  The folks here are great. I've been dealing with them for over a year and they are polite, personable and professional. Ignore the negative posts. This is a business and businesses have to make money. They are not there to hand out money and collect junk that there is no market for. A clear understanding of that may save some heart ache. Thanks CL&J. You have my buseness.

  I went in to Pawn a 1.5 KT gold ring. I showed it to a female sales agent and she told me she wasn't sure about how much could be given. So she asked a tall, slim, balding white gentleman over; I'm unsure if he is the owner or manager. Nevertheless, I'm not sure of his rude disposition but he looked at the ring (did not weigh it or look it up) and claimed very rudely that he wouldn't give 500 for the ring and would probably do 300. So I asked for clarification of his rudeness and he rudely stated"No, I said I won't do 500." I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but reading the other reviews he's rude to quite a few people; I'm curious to know if the people are all of color. My advice go 2 doors down to Best Collateral at 908 J St. and get friendly service and more money for your loan or pawn....I did!

  Very nice place jewelry store nice prices I just bought my wife a wedding band 14 karat at a good decent price and very nice customer service people friendly and polite definitely recommend this jewelry and loan place for those who are looking for that.

  They are the best in Northern California as far as jewelry, customer service and loans go. Very accommodating and affordable. I miss Mr.Earl.
