  Few days ago my account had been compromised I was fooled and called security service they answered and I asked for them to freeze my accounts and they did the same evening. Hi then later went into the office the branch and the assisted with reopening all my accounts securing my information and I have a lot of accounts including a business account and the young lady that helped me was awesome. The young lady that help me work with me for quite a few hours to get everything done and as I recall she may not even have you know taken her lunch and even brought me some coffee I feel really really good about having my accounts with security service so thank you very much! The customer service I received at this branch was awesome and I'm grateful for the type of associates you have picked.I honestly had a great experience had your days of De zavala Branch in San Antonio Texas. Thank you again for the great customer service.

  Today I needed banking help with my account. I signed in and then Morgan came to my aid. I've never had such a warm and genuine experience helping me. She is a great asset to this credit union

  I had multiple good experiences over at this location. So much that I decided to move over everything from my chase account. Friendly service and knowledge people. Highly recommend!

  My daughter came in to the De Zavala branch to get her first credit card. Everyone was courteous and helped us until we understood everything. Even though it was past closing time we were not rushed and in the end the whole experience was very nice. I've been with SSFCU for over fifty years and have never had a bad experience when visiting one of their branches. Thank you.

  I have been dealing with an absolute horrid issue with fraudulent card charges for about 2 months. The issues were so bad I even considered changing banks once the nightmare was over. However, I came in today to speak with someone regarding my issue and pay off a bill. The rep I spoke with, Isaac Bautista, was absolutely fantastic in how he handled everything. He fixed my issue, he gave me screenshot proof of my fraud charges being fixed, and even handled my credit card bill with just utmost professionalism. He is a stand up guy and deserves every bit of recognition for what he’s done. People like him are what we need in high places in companies because he knows what it takes to make a company great through excellent customer service.

  I had the fortunate opportunity to get assistance from Malia Vasquez at the Security Service Federal Credit Union on IH-10 near Dezavala on Monday, July 19th. The fact that it is 2 days later and I still feel the need to leave a comment says a lot about my experience. Malia offered the type of customer service you hope to receive any time you are dealing with a complicated situation. She was eager to help, courteous, friendly, and overall extremely pleasant. The fact that she managed to maintain a positive outlook and delivered it with a cheerful smile, from the beginning to the end, as she helped me over a period of time went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you, Malia for being the bright spot during these challenging days.   My visit at this branch was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My goal was to refinance my vehicle, and Brittney in finance helped me with that. She was knowledgeable, quick, and got me in and out without any trouble. I appreciated the excellent experience, down to the follow up call. I would highly recommend visiting the good people at SSFCU De Zavala!
