  This is not the bank for you if you ever need any kind of customer support. I have been calling and emailing a request to be called back for days now. It took 4 hours this morning to get someone on the phone who was immediately rude to me saying “you need to follow our process”—— yes I know that that is why I was calling to find out what the process is!! I have paid my car loan off and am requesting my title to be sent to me immediately as I live out of state and the title is now my possession. They want me to pay for secure shipping and to expedite it or they would just send it in the regular mail. If it gets lost it is not their responsibility pretty much is what I was told. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a banking institution to not have a working phone number for their clients to call about their money and their accounts. I would not reccomend this banking institution to anyone. Maybe they need to hire more people to help with call volume and inquiries.

  I have never experienced worse customer service from a banking institution in my life. I will without a doubt, be closing my accounts. I just spoke with a rep who would not let me speak beyond giving my info and proceeded to hang up on me as I tried to ask a question. I was not nasty or rude and expect the same in return from anyone I conduct business with. You will notice a trend of Customers unhappy with their customer service in the reviews from all branches. She is not the first from United Teletech to treat me this way, but she certainly will be the last.

  The absolite worst financial institution ive ever dealt with. No one answers the phone when you call, but when they need you they will callbintil they get you. The worst was i was drastically affected financially from covid, united teletech put in into collections over 300 that was was trying to pay back. After a equity loan and numerous accounts they threw me to the wolves at the worst time@

  Excellent customer service. Chase is exceptional. Many times I appear with multiple detailed transactions. Always treated wi Th great respect.

  Worst service, Lack of knowledge, Payment process obsolete, App obsolete, every process with them is the worst nightmare and hassle. ACH such a hassle process. worst credit union ever

  The banks store hours suck! They are always closed and closed early regularly, its 2017 people why is ur instiution still on an antiquated bank model
