  The Neptune branch is absolutely amazing! I have been banking there for many years and not once have I had a bad experience. The employees have been kind friendly and respectful. It’s a pleasure to do banking there. The branch manager Toni is a MVP manager for FFCU! NEPTUNE BRANCH #1! Thank you for such for making banking easy and fun!

  While I'm more than happy to support a credit union, prepare to be patient. Every few months their online system fails for DAYS and one reaches a support number that refuses to take responsibility. So, it's been 4 days, I can use my money. However, I can't manage it, as my on-line app has died, the online log-on doesn't work, and their phone # is endlessly busy. There's no excuse for such pathetic on-line tools, particularly with COVID.

  Hello Mark - we are unaware of our online system failing for days every few months and have not heard this complaint prior to this review, but if you ever experience an issue or problem logging into your accounts please contact us immediately so that someone may assist you. As all members were notified we went through a system upgrade 3/15/21. Information was sent out over the course of several weeks about how to login for the first time after 3/15, as well as video tutorials. All important information is still available on our website system upgrade page at firstffcu.com. If you are still having trouble logging in or unable to reach member services due to excessive call volume, please send us a private Facebook message with a call back number at Facebook.com/firstfinancialnj or email [email protected]. There is also a temporary call center to help with logging into online banking listed on our website homepage. Thank you.

  I can not believe in this day and technology a financial institution can not help it's members gain access to their accounts via the website

  Online banking was closed all weekend. System crashed on Monday. All phone lines hang up as soon as you dial. Left one message and one email days ago and still no call back. 👎🏻
