  Vincent was the recommended mortgage advisor from our agent.  I'll be honest, I was hesitant based on my previous experience with an agent recommended advisor.  But that hesitation quickly ended.  From the first introduction Vincent was extremely professional, honest, and thorough.  He made sure we understood all the options.  He took time to let us know step by step what the process would look like.  Most importantly, he was available.  When I needed to get in touch with him I could.  I really am grateful for same day response from him and not from an assistant.  Though his assistant was also great to work with and would answer questions when I reached out to her as well. Would definitely recommend him to friends.
