  As my 1st time buying a house it was a very streamlined process. Nick explained everything to me and answered all my questions in ways that were easy to understand. I feel as though nothing was complicated in a transaction that most people probably consider to be very complicated. I never actually got to meet Nick in person, but it was a genuine pleasure to get to work with him and his team. I would definitely recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for an easy mortage experience and for a team that shows that they care about their clients.

  The Montani team made my first home buying experience quicker and easier than I thought would've been possible.   Nick was very knowledgeable about what type of loan we would need for our large renovation. We went with the CrossCountry HomeStyle refinance renovation loan. This loan is quite different from a regular mortgage or refinance but Nick and the team were always accessible, to explain and keeping us informed every step of the way. They made the whole process seamless and the closing was in the correct time frame Nick specified.

  This is probably the sixth loan I have completed with Cross Country Mortgage and Nick Montani. I had a business partner bring me an investment property deal with a lender already attached (not Cross Country). I told him that I only close loans with Cross Country and for a specific reason. After reviewing the loan documents with Nick we discovered that there was a $5000 “paperwork processing fee” with this other lender. My business partner was also shocked at the level of transparency regarding the lending process that Nick provided. Needless to say I was happy that I got to close the deal with my lender for way less than my business partner thought we could. There is no reason to even attempt another lender. Thank you again Nick!

  As a first time homebuyer, I was super inundated with information from the internet and sometimes it could all be so confusing. I was recommended to Nick by a friend and it was the best decision! Nick and I had an introductory call followed by a call where we walked through my finances and more about what I was looking for from the home buying process. Every step of the way, Nick made himself completely available for me by email, text, or call. His team is amazing - so attentive and I never struggled to get an answer.
