  I used United Resource Capital to refinance my home while pulling out cash out to pay off high interest debts. Doug Bontemps is super knowledgeable about the mortgage industry and he kept us informed every step of the way.   I just got out of military and I was a first-time home buyer so I did not know a thing about home purchasing process. My realtor referred me to here for loan financing, and I was so glad I had Doug working on my loan. I was using the VA loan and I heard sellers don't like VA loan because it takes too long, but I never had that kind of problem because Doug was always proactive and worked on everything flawlessly so I was always on schedule with the whole purchasing process.   I was VERY nervous and this was my first refinance- when I started the process I felt my nerves at ease, I felt cared for and I felt like I could ask any question or any concerns I had! Douglas didn’t feel like someone I have never met before, he made the entire experience EASY, and walked me through every step, and had a ton of patience with me. Every line of every document he made sure I understood and he also gave me every option available not just the option he thought was best, he listened to my thoughts and made sure k never had a worry that went unheard.
