  We have never dealt with mortgages via email, and Alex Sagaro worked with us quickly and efficiently. We also appreciated his patience as we had difficulty obtaining necessary documents to complete the final re-financing.   All of the staff members we worked with on the refinance of our home loan were exceptionally nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend the Loan Originator, Sean Greene, that we worked with. His knowledge of the mortgage business is impressive and his insight was invaluable. He kept in contact with us throughout the process. The Loan Processor, Jessica Vique, and the Disclosure Specialist, Jennifer Browning, we worked with were very helpful and kept us informed during every step. I know they must have worked extra hours to make sure the loan papers were ready for signature and that the loan would close on the expected day. It was a smooth process from start to finish. I will recommend Advantage First Lending to everyone I know!

  From the first contact until the loan was fully funded, the contacts at this lending company were prompt in replying to all my concerns, and were always courteous and answered all my concerns fully. I .have tried to get a refi for almost 5 years, and time after time was told it was not possible with my income amount and sources. I had paid my mortgage on time for over 30 years, and had excellent credit, and any refi would be for a lot less money, but no bank would help me. I strongly recommend Advantage First to anyone trying to get a refinance for their home mortgage. In particular, both Abraham Jimenez and Dannielle Enriquez were outstanding in the service they provided me.

  AdvantageFirst Lending, now here is a name to remember when you are considering refinancing your home or buying for that matter. We were looking for a company that would help us refinance our home and I accidentally came across AdvantageFirst Lending. I had the privilege to meet Sean Greene. He walked us through the process, explained the different programs out there for us and looked out for our best interest. Sean kept his word about calling us when he said he would and even if there was nothing to update he’d call just to see if we had any questions for him. I haven’t seen customer excellence like this in such a long time. Thank you Sean, for making our refinance process easy and for taking the time to explain any questions or clarify any doubts we had.   I cannot say enough good things about Advantage First Lending. Beyond just being the extremely competitive, we had a RECORD close with some cash out in just 11 days. Kurt and his team (shoutout to Jessica Vique too) took care of us SO WELL! They were thorough, professional, and extremely prompt in their customer service. We will most certainly work with them again in the future. I have recommended AVL to 2 additional friends who have also had similar experiences to mine.   I definitely knew I wanted to refinance my mortgage but was so annoyed by daily phone calls, endless E-mails and flyers in the mail. However when I received a letter from AdvantageFirst; I immediately felt like they knew exactly what my issues were about refinancing. After staring at the letter for over a month I decided to make the call and spoke to Sean Greene. His expertise, honesty and warmth made me realize I did the right thing. He informed me about what my options were, he put my mind at ease and I decided to start the process. From the beginning to the closing of the loan I would get my weekly updates from him with a phone call; this personal touch is hard to find nowadays.   Sasha Roshan is amazing! This was our first purchase and he made sure that we locked the lowest rate at the precise time. He was very attentive to us and looked out for our best interest as he guided us through the process. Sasha would have been able to close escrow in 15 days had the seller agreed and the fees and cost was lower than expected! We are so grateful for his services!
