  I've used Moshe at Pacific Choice Mortgage for my refinances a number of times over the past 5 plus years. I never even consider any other company because I know his rates are some of the most competitive available and even more importantly he always comes through with spectacular service. I've never had delays or issues, he always makes it painless and easy. He does all of the busy work he can for me to make it easier on me.   This was my first time using PCM and Moshe for home financing needs, I was recommended by a good friend. During the course of our refinance, we had to deal with a particularly difficult appraisal, which far undervalued our property. Moshe was able to quickly switch to another lender (it closed in 14 days), and was very proactive about coming up with smart and effective solutions. Moshe is also going to cut to the chase, and is very forward and direct about issues as they come up. I find that the "straight shooter" approach is a welcome quality in an industry that is not exactly known for this type of attitude. I highly recommend Moshe, and will definitely use him again as soon as the need arises.

  I have refinanced homes 3 or 4 times. This is BY FAR, the fastest, most responsive, easiest transaction I've ever had. Moshe KNOWS his stuff. He is responsive, no nonsense, patient. I highly recommend Pacific Choice Mortgage. On top of all of that, the rate was the best that I found.

  I have done 2 refinancing with PCM (and with Moshe) . The latest was done in February 2020. It was the smoothest and fastest process I have ever had. From start to closing it took less than 3 weeks. Moshe is fantastic. He is very responsive, guides you very well and is always on top of things. Will definitely do my next mortgage/refinancing with PCM and Moshe.
