  My experience with Brain and Nicole couldn’t have been better. We partnered together buying our new home and refinance that loan. In a situation that can be overwhelming Brian and Nicole certainly know how to make everything as streamlined as possible. The best part about working with Brian and Nicole is that they consistently watch your loan to ensure you are getting the best deal.   Brian was so helpful & patient in aiding us to find the best loan possible. It was not an easy process for him due to some of the unique features we needed in our refi loan. He was very diligent & creative during the entire process. He & wife Nichole work together to ensure a seamless loan process.

  I highly recommend Nichole and her team. They did a great job and got us a much better rate than the bank we've been using for over 12 years. We got a mailer from her urging us to compare her rates to our bank and sure enough her rate was better. When we locked the rate it was even a little better than expected and as she promised there were no extra fees involved. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them for your next mortgage.

  Can't recommend them enough! We've done four loans with them in the past 12 months. I shopped around the loans and they always had the best rate. Communication was excellent! Always responsive. If I didn't get in touch with them right away, they would respond within hours never days. I never felt pressured or "sold". Very professional.

  I was already a few days into a 30 day escrow when I reached out to Grand Lending. I was buying a home without real estate agents and needed some guidance as this was my first home purchase. The team at Grand Lending, answered questions, if they did not know an answer to a particular question they would either find the answer or refer me to someone who had the answer. The team was responsive (which is probably the most important quality for me) ALWAYS e-mailed , texted or called back. Advocated for me with Escrow and the Lender. Just overall had my back. Grand Lending gave me the lowest rate out of about 5 other lenders + a nice chunk of credit toward closing costs. But most importantly I felt safe with this team, we closed escrow 10 days early :-)!

  I used Grand Lending Team for a refinance. They were great, easy, friendly to work with. Very transparent. Explain things to you and answer any questions you have. Responded quickly to any of my questions through text or email. I have recommended them to my friends and would definitely go through them again for any financing needs.

  Nichole was very helpful and able to get me a loan with a way lower rate than everyone else I talked to. I shopped around with several lenders and I even had one tell me her rate and fees were impossible to get, that it would be changed! I stayed with her and she showed me proof of the locked rate and I was able to close my loan with ease! Her assistant Brian was very informative and helped me along the way. I would highly recommend using this company if you are selling a house, buying a house or just refinancing a loan!
