  Funding process was easy! Lori was quick at answering my phone calls, and any questions I had. I would highly recommend them based off of customer service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there fee is a little high. But with my poor credit I couldn't get financed through the bank so you got to do what you got to do!

  I was a nervous wreck throughout the whole process but was very fortunate to have had Gina assist me all the way. I don’t know how she tolerated me lol but I’m happy she did in such a calm and sweet way. I’m grateful to have chosen United Medical Credit and would definitely do it again. Thanks again Gina !   Adrian Gutierrez helped me out through the entire loan process. He was always very professional and sure to followup with all the information I could need/want. He was able to answer all my questions and was always quick to return my emails/calls. I was able to get the loan amount I needed paid to my provider in time thanks to Adrian and United Medical Credit!

  My experience was one of the best I will make sure to inform others about the great assistance I received. The associate Adrian who I was dealing with made everything easy and clear to understand. He was alwas available when I had any questions or concerns. When he said he would call me back a specific day or time he was always prompt with that. I felt very comfortable to open up and find out information I needed. He along with others were very respectful and helpful to anything I worried or questioned about. Was a easy process and reliable until the very end.

  United Medical Credit was excellent to work with. They are fast, efficient, and reliable. The customer service was amazing! They were available through call, text, and email any time I needed a question answered or needed to send in documents for my loan. It took less than a week to get my loan finished from beginning to end with very little work on my part.

  I worked with Gina G and she was awesome! She was so nice and funny I felt like I've known her for years and she stayed in touch with me and was so helpful. I don't have the most perfect credit so I'm really thankful United Medical Credit gave me a chance.

  I would never recommend United Medical Credit to anyone. There was so much miscommunication between them and my surgeon's office, and so much blaming back and forth, and I got stuck in the middle of it. Having surgery is stressful enough, but to be called the day before and the day OF surgery because of a mistake made on their part is absolutely unprofessional and beyond frustrating. Look elsewhere when applying for loans.
