  Personnel kept changing, which left me uneasy. The title insurance company used on my refi relied on a subcontractor to research property taxes and had information MONTHS old, not up to date and accurate as would be expected. Good news, after I scanned in the tax bills and all checks cashed by the county tax collector, PCMA went after the title insurance folks to get their act together. They must have done so, as I had my refi funded today. Thank you Berlinda, Matt and Irma, not to mention Aron!

  Matt and Kim are both the best staff that anyone would like to work with. In a scale of 1 to 10. They both rated 10. They both offered excellent, second to none, top notch customer satisfaction. Thank you so very much for your help. You assisted us, walked us through from the beginning to the end of the process. If not for them, we didn't even know that we have a lien on our property. It accumulated so much interest. Kim and Matt you both are the best of the best. If all people are like you, the world will be a wonderful place. You are very professional, knowledgeable, astute and helpful.

  This is the 4th refinance we’ve done w/PCMA & every time we’ve had excellent service & customer care, from finding the right product to fit our needs & helping guide us through the sometimes difficult financial process.   To say this company is unprofessional is an understatement. They recently refinanced my loan. They asked for documents which I gladly provided. Then they asked for them repeatedly stating they hadn't received them. I must have faxed them to them at least 5xs. The loan has now funded after having to reschedule the signing several times because the figures were incorrect. Now weeks after the closing they are again asking for missing documents. I describe this company as the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. The loan processor and the loan originator are completely out of touch with each other. Its amazing to me that they are able to close any loans at all. I refinanced with them last fall and had a similar experience not quite to the extent of this one. I was approached by PCMA to refinance again, I mistakenly thought the problems I had with them might have been just a one time thing.. My recommendation is if you're looking to refinance you be better off to look elsewhere!

  Great working with PCMA. Due to a being a self-employed entrepreneur, getting a residential loan isn't always the easiest. PMCA had looked over our details and found a good product and good rate.
