At times, for me, the refinance process got overwhelming but Summer always had a hopeful and quick response when I was loosing my hope. She truly made the process bearable for me and I'm greatful.   Summer was the most responsive person I have encountered in dealing with any type of organization. There was never a time lag between my questions and her responses. We had some issues since I was purchasing a condo with a difficult HOA that caused some complexity. She was most helpful in addressing those issues.

  In Real Estate Trust and Communication is so important. Summer was very responsive and attentive throughout the loan process. she is someone that you can trust to follow through with what she says. she kept the loan process moving forward with speed and efficiency. Communication was always there, so I didn't have to worry or call her. She is someone that I would definitely consider for my next home loan or refinance.
