  After reaching out to several “big banks” that never responded to me, I was recommended NewRate Lending through a friend. After reaching out to Nina, she was very helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. I used Nina to do my refinance and everything went smoothly. It went so smooth that I referred all my close friends and family. After about 4 months later, I decided to buy a new home. I contacted Nina again and she was able to get my loan funded a week earlier than expected. Anything I needed at any time of the day, Nina was just a text, phone call, or email away. If you’re looking to buy a new home and need a lender, who will be on top of process, Nina is the lender.   Nina Hanna is a very rare find. Nina was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. She made refinancing very easy and seamless. Since this is our first time for refinancing, there were a lot of terms that we don't clearly know...Nina made sure that she explained everything thoroughly to a T!
