  Tom was great to work with. He guides you every step of the way and is very professional in doing so. He is extremely responsive and will get your financing done without a lot of the rigmarole that others can put you through. I have used Tom for a few properties now and consider him a friend!

  I worked with Tom Silks in getting the mortgage and it was an excellent experience! Tom was proactive, a great communicator, very professional, and explained everything to us so that we understood what was needed from us and what to expect in the every step of the process. Tom's responses to my inquiries were timely and I was never left confused or unaware of where our application stood. Tom made himself available at all times, including evenings and weekends.
