  I am the executive director of Chosen 300 Ministries in Philadelphia. We have been doing business with Ambler Savings Bank for over 20 years. I remember several years back I was having problems with one of my banks and we decided to move a large amount of our business to Ambler. I remember walking in the bank and asking to see the President (Roger) who had recently took over the position. I did not really expect him to come and see me, but he left his office and actually came and sat next to me and had a conversation. Since then the bank has been the most helpful, on hands institution I have been a part of. They are small enough to know your name when you walk in the bank, but big enough to handle what you need to be accomplished. During the Payroll Protection Program the loan officer (Pat) walked me through step by step to secure the loan after another bank dropped the ball. He was even able to walk our finance rep through the process during the second wave while I was on conference call locked in a COVID detention center in Guyana. Moreover this bank has been amazingly generous to our non-profit efforts donating thousands of dollars toward our efforts.   I recently started a real estate investment business and was bank shopping. I was given a few banks to focus on by friends in the business. Ambler was one of them. After speaking with Helen Graner at Ambler Savings the shopping was finished. Her knowledge, patience and availability was like nothing I have ever experienced with a business before. Because of her and what Ambler Savings can offer they have earned my business for a long time.

  I really like Ambler Savings for a lot of reasons, but the top two are excellent customer service and the bank's support of the community. I had an issue with my debit card when I was out of town, yet it was addressed quickly and efficiently by phone...by a real person I knew from previous face-to-face conversations! And Ambler Savings Bank is a great example of corporate responsibility--the bank and the employees give back to the community by supporting many local programs each year. I highly recommend them!

  This bank has always had outstanding customer service and I was reminded of that recently. Jordan and Maria were extremely helpful and understanding with me and I would recommend banking with Ambler savings bank to anyone

  I had been using Ambler Savings for as long as I can remember and never had any issues with them until around 2019. My card and account were constantly being frozen and I had to call to have it unfrozen. When I did call in I was given very poor customer service and going to the building felt like I was being sent to the principal's office. Everyone that worked there was unpleasant, condescending, and rude in both their speech and demeanor. It wasn't always like this and because of how bad my experience has been lately, I went to the main building today and closed out my accounts.

  Ambler Savings Bank to the rescue. My current bank (PNC) totally dropped the ball with my PPP loan; they lost my application!! Ambler Savings was able to get approval in 72 hours; what my current (and soon canceled bank) was unable to do in almost 1 month! I have gone from one end of no customer service to customer service with a capital C. Cudo's to Helen Graner of Ambler Savings! She was awesome! Thank you so much for being so kind and supportive during such a difficult time.

  Wish I could give zero. Received a check written from Ambler Savings. I went to Ambler Savings to cash it (Ambler Branch). They refused to cash it and told me to take it to my bank. I have never been refused to cash a check from the financial institution it was written on. Completely ridiculous!
