  Awesome staff. They new me by name on my second visit in there. Mike is a really nice guy that give people chances who don't have the best credit. Im very thankful they helped me with a loan to get a new car. ☺

  The people at United Finance are awesome, when i walk it there its like they've know me forever. They are very friendly and welcoming. I'd rather go there than a bank, people at banks make you feel small and going to United Finance its like there your friend and there to help you. I would refer anyone that i know to them anytime.

  I have been a customer for 6 plus years and they have always been on top of the ball when I've needed something. Went on medical leave and they were on the ball to help me get the proper paperwork out and handled in a fast manner. I'd recommend them anyday.

  I have been a customer with United planets for many years now and working with Mike and Daniel they are awesome people to work they make sure that you're comfortable with everything that they're doing and that you know all the INS and outs of your agreements and they will work with you with anything that you need and they're awesome awesome people and I would recommend them to anybody.   I had of bad luck that befell me and needed a way to repair my credit rating. Went to United, Klamath Falls, told them my story, they agreed to help. Eighteen months later and a lot of tender loving care from United, my credit is back to where it needs to be. Fantastic group of people.

  Every time I go into this establishment the employees are always very friendly. I never have issue and they are really amazing when it comes to their customer service. I highly recommend them.beey quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to friends.

  I've had several loans through United Finance, two of them have been at the Klamath Falls office. They're great! Their friendly staff will do what he can to help you out! Good, honest people that leave the fine print behind! No matter what town I'm living in, I'll be driving to Klamath if I need a loan!! Mike in the Klamath office puts Mark from the Medford office to shame!

  They didn't even try to help us they didn't like that we were checking up on our progress and one day turned into 6!! Mike the so called loan officer and manager told us he didn't like us bothering him and basically treated us unfairly and didn't even look at our app and said they weren't going to give us a loan he didn't even look at it? I know that's illegal and they have a lawsuiT in the works!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM! I WOULD RECOMMEND RELIABLE CREDIT!In Medford OR funny how they got me approved instantly 🤔

  Mike has always worked with us we've never had an issue with anything always streamlined loans helped us taking care of us in any possible way we've needed I would refer anybody to go see Mike he's awesome plus tge staff are so nice!!

  United finance is awesome... Im starting all new again and didnt have the best credit and they took a chance on financing me for a car a year ago and im so greatfull..... They know people need 2nd chances... Come on in and give them a chance to give u a chance... Thank you Mike and Danielle u guys rock!!!
