  There's no other pawn shop I'd send you to. They understand the purpose of their business, and the kind of customers they have. I feel like my stuff is really safe with them, and if I have money troubles they try really hard to help me keep my stuff. Steve's is the best pawn shop I've ever dealt with. As long as I'm in Klamath I'll go nowhere else.

  Bought a gun from these guys. Had it on layaway longer than I'd planned but they were great about letting me extend it. Is all it took was keeping in touch to let them know I was doing what I could. Will gladly return for more business with them.

  Love this place! Customer service is top notch. Friendly, fast, and informative. They can be a big help in a pinch when you need cash. Pawn rates are great and if you pick you pawned item up early, they very well could knock a little bit off the interest. Highly recommend Steve's Place! They also have a great selection to choose from. Christmas ideas for cheaper than retail? Ummm, yes! Thank you to the people who work here.

  Lady behind the counter did not pay attention to her surroundings and flagged me (pointed a pistol) with a handgun. Loaded or not i am not comfortable having a gun waved around and staring down the barrel as she goes "look it has a laser too"

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are training new personnel and she just started working here. She was not hired to work the counter and has not received full training yet, but due to the Christmas rush, she has been filling in and helping out where she can to expedite customer service. We take firearm safety very seriously. We know to always treat all firearms as though they are loaded even when we are certain they are not. Over the years, I have had many customers bring their firearms in for trade or pawn that were not properly handled or unloaded, so I understand how uncomfortable it can be when proper safety procedures are not adhered to strictly. We apologize with the utmost sincerity for this incident. Thank you for your understanding.

  I highly recommend these folks! Refreshingly honest and fair. Won’t take advantage of you. Owner is the friendliest, most down to earth person I’ve come across in decades and he’s a real pleasure to do business with.

  Great group of people down there at Steve's place! They are understanding and take the time to work with their customers. Everything I've purchased has been great quality. Definitely the place to go in klamath!
