  Thank you! I come here every couple weeks with my paycheck and am always blown away by the EXCELLENT customer service!! The Manager Amber is truly great, even remembers my name every time I'm there, which is refreshing these days as you just don't see it. The lobby is always clean (unlike others I've been to), service is not only friendly but much faster than most folks in town and I've NEVER been turned away cause they don't have enough cash whether its my checks (usually around $1,200) or my husband, who's a handyman and sometimes has some pretty large checks from his customers. They even cashed our tax returns AND stimulus check earlier this year! Highly recommended!!! Thanks again!!!

  They are very nice. I've known them and gone to them for many years. My grandmother sends me personal checks and every where I tried to cash them either would'nt or want to hold it for a very long time before cashing it because my grandmother uses a little po-dunk small town bank in Arkansas. But when I came here they were so sweet and cashed it for me right then and there for a very small fee which was expected and I've gone there ever since and never had a problem.

  Won't cash checks older than 2 weeks. Never have enough money available to cash ($3,800) in their drawers. Lied to several times by different tellers. Go elsewhere. They're rude and treat you like a criminal.

  Great customer service and the staff has been consistent and committed for years!! Since day one the owner has been an honest guy who looks out for his customers and staff. Love the bilingual staff being available for those who need them all the time and the broad range of services is such a great ideal. Your one stop financial dream!!!! Lowest rates for check cashing and identification is scanned and placed on file if ever lost and a check is needing to be cashed.

  I cash all my pàychecks at United. They load them directly onto my debit card. I'm also able to pay most of my bills at United, including my rent. The tellers are always really nice to me. The only problem I have with United is their parking is not the best.

  Extremely quick service The employees are very nice and helpful. They are also bilingual. When you cash your checks there the 10th one is free, so they don't charge you the cashing fee. Pay any bills that you need to along with sending money to other countries. You can also buy cigarettes and ice cold drinks.

  This place is wonderful super convenient to go to as well as the hours are way better than any other check cashing place hours. Sometimes when you’re in a pinch you really don’t want to have to drive all the way to your bank it’s nice to know that these people are charging you an arm and a leg to take out anything. They have very good competitive rate I would recommend them every time.

  United has always taken care of me as a customer. They keep my ID on file which is perfect for me because I lose my ID once a month. The tellers are extremely friendly and quickly address my issues or questions nicely in person or over the phone. I would rate 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If it were possible, check them out

  Any other day they could have easily received 5 stars. At about 3:45pm, I went in and cashed my check, as my coworker cashed his check at the window next to me. Overall, my cashier was polite (left window). There was an error with how my coworkers check had been written and, completely understandably, his cashier (center window) would not accept it. My SO intervened and asked if they could make an exception, or if he could just write in the word "hundred" that was missing on the check. It's possible his tone sounded frustrated, but in no way was he being deragotory. Two of the women were now responding to him (center and right windows). He and our coworker walked out of the store, as I waited to receive my cash and they started literally giggling about it. One of the girls stated "... a stupid question." I've never had an issue at this store before, but this was an unfortunately awful experience. I feel they could have acted more professionally, and I hope no one else has to feel embarassed for asking a simple question.

  Rode along with my nephew after work one Thursday to cash his check decided to have mine done as well since I was there, and even though I bank at a different location I still find myself coming back every Thursday a year later not cause I have too, but because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU !!!!!! ALWAYS REFRESHING WHEN YOU COME TO A PLACE AND THEY CAN SAY HELLO TO YOU BY NAME BEFORE LOOKING YOU UP ON THE COMPUTER, VERY RARE IN DAY'S LIKE TODAY.
