  The people that complain about this place are the rude ones. I willingly come here weekly to cash my checks. The customer service reviews are laughable at best. When people come in while it’s busy, they expect a greeting and immediate help? Some people don’t know how to show respect when there’s only one person working. Love this place, because I actually live here 💯

  Never had any problems and they are so nice. Very pleased, or I would not go, and it's been 10+ years. The man at the counter made sure my needs are met and do did the other two ladies u have delt with in the past. Thanks 😁

  Sloooowww service my first time there. But, I spoke with the owner/manager on the second trip (today) and he assured me that he would coach the other employees. The owner/manager was very nice and was much faster.

  This guy was really rude and swore my check was fraudulent... I even had the invoice still attached he threw my change through the little glass and everything.... After realizing it wasnt then asked me why I waited so long to cash it.... What does that matter it's legit. Anyway don't go here this place is unprofessional as hell.

  I recommend trying this place. They are always open later than most places. Ive never had issue here. As long as everything is good on check. They do things right to make sure nothings wrong or could cause problems

  The staff was extremely rude. I was trying to cash a check issued on January 25th and he claimed that it was "too old" to cash. I sympathize with individuals who have to use these types of establishments to do business. Terrible customer service. Nasty attitude

  Horrible experience, the Asian woman working was very rude. She act as if my check was fake. Called my employer to check instead of payroll then gave me a google number for her manger. Very horrible experience never witnessed anything like it in my life. Wish I could give zero stars.

  The staff is really terrible...the personality of a potato chip!! And don't ask them to do anything extra...pitiful!!!!

  They would not cash my social security check because it was more than five days old. That is LAUGHABLE. Its from the TREASURY DEPT. My ID and address match the check. I shouldn't be having an issue cashing that check. At all.
