  Jaime Castillo and Kelly Byrd have been an absolute delight to work with. From the moment we first called to the closing date, they have eagerly walked us through every step of building our new home and thoroughly explained all the details. We are looking forward to the same results during the build. Can't wait to get the keys to our new home. Thank you! 4/3/19 - We received the keys to our new home. It is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The entire process was smooth and easy. Paul is very easy to work with as well I would highly recommend United Built Homes in Terrell to anyone looking to build their dream home.

  We are so thankful to have had Jaime Castillo, Kelly Byrd, and Paul Anton work so hard to get us approved and ready to build our dream home. They have made this experience seamless and so exciting.   we are building our first home in Kaufman TX, Kelly, Jaime and Paul are awesome, they answer all of questions and make the process super smooth. Would highly recommend UBH as your builder. Estimated Construction time is half of what other builders had offer, and prices and floor plans are great. Once again THANK YOU Kelly, Jaime and Paul for being so patient with us.   From the first time we walked into the office my husband and I knew we wanted UBH to build our forever home! Jamie & Kelly have gone above and beyond to help us through out this process. They’ve made it less stressful for us and have been very attentive to our needs. I can’t thank them enough!! I’m looking forward to seeing our new home built!!   My wife and I am built a home with UBH and we couldn’t be more happy. Everyone in the office, especially Kelly and Jamie have gone above and beyond to get exactly what we needed and could afford. They are not pushy, but they bent over backwards to work with us. Paul, our construction manager was also great through the whole building process and made sure everything was just right. I would highly recommend them!

  I can’t say enough about the team at the Terrell, Texas UBH. I Honestly wish I could write 3 reviews. But I’ll just write about the 3 people that have been right there with us the whole time. Kerry and I became instant friends. She is kind and compassionate. She is also extremely diligent in getting things done for you, She stays on top of all the right people to make the experience as quick and easy for you as possible. Oh and she’s truly happy for you!! She loves doing this and it really shows. Jaime is very sweet and although a little more behind the scenes, make no mistake, this man is putting in the work for you. He makes sure to get your stuff to all the right people so closing is a smooth experience. Which it was. I look back at pics my husband took of the closing and literally every photo we were smiling and laughing. What a great day! And then there’s John. I teased him that he not only can draw like a pro but he’s also a mind reader. When we drafted up very specific custom plans, he suggesting things I had never even thought of and he knows the ins and outs of what’s extra and what’s not so he did all these amazing things (kitchen island, massive windows, extra wide floor to ceiling fireplace) all that and more and still keeping us from going over budget. I’m super excited for the build and can’t wait to be in our forever home. I know that I’ll be writing another review upon completion of the home. Thanks for an amazing experience guys!!

  They were just amazing! They did everything in a great amount of time and were so incredibly kind. The process so far has been so smooth! We closed on Wednesday and they started work the next day! So excited for our new home!

  Great experience, I spoke with Jaime Castillo the Sales Manager at Terrell office, who helped me with all the paperwork and explained all the process. Kelly Byrd helped to choose the perfect colors and the perfect material for my new house also Paul Anton the construction supervisor is very knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend to anyone UBH.
