  Joined in 2021…. Debit card they printed in the lobby didn’t work. Had to wait two weeks to get a replacement. Wife joined and same thing.called and spent an hour on the phone and they said it was resolved. Had to eventually go inside the lobby. Guess the days of customer service are gone.

  The team at Lone Star Credit Union Terrell Texas earned a 5 star review today! Serrahi's friendly greeting and helpful demeanor started things off right. She and Shelly bent over backwards to work me into their already busy and fully scheduled day, Shelly was gracious and professional as she walked me through several potential scenarios helping me to choose the right account for my circumstances. I left feeling delighted to be part of Lone Star Credit Union! Thank you Serrahi and Shelly! I highly recommend LSCU!

  I've been a member at LSCU since 2015 and have always experienced great service, but I have to say Rosie Villegas went above and beyond on my most recent vehicle purchase. Due to travel I had an urgent need to pick up this vehicle the next day, and Rosie worked up to the very end of the day with the dealer and my loan officer to get everything in place and ready, so when I showed up at the dealership the next morning my car was basically sitting there waiting for me to hope in and go. Highly recommend LSCU and especially Rosie Villegas!!!

  Best customer service of any bank I've ever dealt with. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience in getting a loan here. From the great interested rates, to the customer service.. all round THE BEST. Laurie Parnell is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to assist. Very responsive and just a pleasure. I felt like we were friends through the whole thing. Thank you for making my dream come true on the purchase of my first Tesla!

  I must share this! This day and time good customer service is so hard to find. On Monday my husband and I had the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!! Our service was rendered by Mrs. Rosie Villegas. She actually went above and way beyond. She actually answered all our questions, prepared all our paperwork and walked us through the signing of all our forms. She's so caring and friendly! To top it all off Mrs.Rosie gave us curb service in the Rain due to the bank being closed to the public because of CoV19! We offered to stand closer to the bank to save her some steps. She insisted on coming to our car with her umbrella. She made us feel so special😊. She also told us about some very good apps to help with our accounts. It was after 5 pm quitting time and she was still helping us and not even trying to rush us! Lone Star you had better hold onto this Diamond... Mrs. Rosie Villegas. GREAT help is hard to find!!!   Been a member for many years. Great friendly place to do business at the branch here in Terrell. Only problem I have is that I receive many small payments thru Zelle, Venmo and other payment platforms. It seems that you are not affiliated with these services, creating a bit of a problem in receiving payments.

Although we are not currently affiliated with a specific person-to-person money transfer platform, we are making upgrades in the coming months that will allow for this functionality. The Venmo app should allow you to transfer money to your LSCU account using your routing/transit and account number. If you need assistance setting this up, please call our Member Service Center and we'd be happy to help!

  I bank at the Terrell location and I have had nothing but an excellent experience since day one! Terri McCormick is by far the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. She is always willing to help, and goes above and beyond with the best attitude! She is quite an asset to that location! I have recommended this credit union to many people, and I will continue to do so!

  Been with them over 10 years but lately the service had declined. Lobby closed AGAIN and drive through took an hour to get through!!!!!

Please know that we can also assist Members in many ways over the phone, through secure messaging in digital banking, and via online chat.
