      It's a non holiday Friday around 10am and all the drive-thru windows were closed when I went to make a deposit. The ATM was being worked on. No surprise there, their ATMs are always down. I was forced to go to their walk-in location to make my deposit. There I found an enormous line with one teller in training on duty. They were just letting us stand there in a non-moving line, telling the customers they didn't have anyone else available, when the manager had just walked through and spoke to a discontent customer. I suppose she could not be bothered to assist. 20 minutes after I got there, I was able to deposit my money and go about my day. The branch location was stuffy, shabby and smelled musty. Just a few other environmental perks that make a 20 minute wait to see a teller uncomfortable. Thanks Wells Fargo for the terrible customer service.

      The drive through was nonoperative, and the entire branch is a skeleton crew. Hopefully things will improve

      Opened a new account at Wells Fargo, only to have them immediately hold my funds with no explanation when I deposited my paycheck. As I am a teacher I only get paid once a month, so they are essentially withholding my entire month’s pay for 7+ business days. Multiple phone calls and a visit to the branch and they are still refusing me access to my funds and will not tell me why. Do not bank here if you expect customer service or basic amenities like being able to spend your own hard earned money.

      I went into the branch to have my business banker take a look at a few financial things I normally do every year to find out Jerpaul is no longer there. He is the anchor to that location as well as WF as a whole. The branch has always been great under his leadership. This is a tremendous loss for the WF/Terrell community. I guess I'll use Cesar for guidance for the time being but I have to find out where he went and may follow. Definitely rethinking my relationship with all the recent changes. I was really staying for his expertise, definitely will miss him assisting our applicants at the Workforce.

      I have been with wells Fargo since 1994 and these monkeys like to lock themselves in their own zoo. I made an appointment and I was the only customer at 1 pm in the afternoon. They acted like I had some bad disease. Worst customer service I have experienced anywhere .

      I just went to the bank went inside the lobby to make a deposit! Deposit cash money suppose to credit right away because was cash..... well the teller who took care of me deposited a check!!! Now have to wait till the next business day because of her mistake!! I called talk to the manager she said she couldn't do nothing about it... I guess I be there next week closing my account !She don't know what shes doing so be care full check before heading out the door..

      I have stuck with WF through thick and thin and I love banking with them. Remember all banks have issues, it comes with doing business. However I do need to say one thing that concerns me greatly. Your system is down this morning due to a smoke alarm (per facebook) and customers cannot do anything. With all the money that WF spends on security and protection. Why is it that a simple smoke alarm somewhere in your data storage can shut down the whole WF system? Why are you not prepared to handle that event and allow customers to continue using your services without shutdown?

      Wells Fargo should be ashamed to employ people like Florence & Crystal to deal with customer directly. I came in today to cash a payroll check. I was told they couldn't cash it because I didn't have an account there. I then made Florence aware that my employer banks with Wells Fargo as that was the name of the bank on the check. I provided 2 forms of Id and requested large bills. Florence proceeds as if she didn't hear me & counts my money. I ask her again for larger bills. She says "I don't have any go down there and ask Crystal." I got my money & asked her which of the others tellers would that be because I don't know any of the tellers personally. She points her out & I go down & ask her if I could get some larger bills. She says "Do you have an acct with us." I tell her No. She says "Well I can't give you any change unless you have an acct with us. I then tell her Florence sent me down to ask because she just cashed my check & said she didn't have any large bills. She then tells me well no we don't have any large bills its the 1st of the month & they go fast. At that point I just turned around & walked out when I should have asked to speak with their supervisor because how is it that a bank doesn't have money & clearly the 31st of July is not the first of the month. That proved to me that they were lying & didn't really want to assist me. I'm new in the area & need a local bank & thought about opening an account but I see that my business is not welcome there. I will never come back. Thanks Florence & Crystal for the disservice.

      Love the personal bankers at the location. Frisky and D are beautiful ladies and very personable. Jerpaul is GREAT. He is very fashion forward, has a wonderful smile, and a unique personality. He is a gem that needs to remain here. If either of them leave, I will have to find another institution to bank with.
