  I had a great experience and time with the employees at this pawn shop (premier plus pawn) the works are kind n friendly. They always have a warm smile an greet 😊 u with kindness you don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable. When you are in there trying to buy or purchase anything they will make you feel safe. I enjoy shopping there when I go they always make me smile n laugh. They are some awesome people 👏 😀 I tell you know lie.

  Great shop. It's the only one I really deal with. Period... Great customer service. Very attentive when you walk through the door. Never had a bad experience. They don't try and low ball you or any of that. Overall great place and would recommend them to anyone.

  If you're hurting for cash, these people will break your heart. They will find any reason to lowball you and if they can't find one, they will make one up. Check this out. I came in with a pair of Beats Studio buds that I bought for $160 two weeks ago. After inspecting them with a magnifying glass, we were offered $40 to pawn the item, and $50 to sell the item because the tape on the box they came in was cut.

  I am sorry you had a bad experience, unfortunately our loan amounts are determined by how much we sell these items for, in your case that exact same model of headphones are priced $79.99 in my showcase. Some items tend to depreciate more than others and headphones are one of those item. Thank you for coming in and giving us the opportunity to help you.   We stoped in looking to make a purchase and for the 15 minutes we waited the staff kept them selves tied up buying Merchandise and looking around comparison shopping their prices were way to close to the brand new prices of the same exact products not worth the trip ......
