      Wouldn’t bank with anyone else! Everyone I’ve been in contact with at United Bank is so friendly. Kristine in the loan department is fabulous! She was VERY easy to work with and very knowledgeable! Will definitely request her for any future loan needs!

      Stunning work ethic from everyone one at the Zebulon bank! Even the covid-19 precautions haven't hindered their efficiency and politeness. I've been banking with them for 12 years and I'm still impressed to this day.

      I called the main office and needed to know if a transaction was refunded. This lady Danielle got smart with me when I told her that I do not have my account number and I don’t have the time to look. She did not offer to look my account a different way. She laughed at me and said well you can call back later. I said I am a valued customer and she said well I can look it up by your social. Why say that after saying call back later? She said because you said you don’t have time. I did not have time to find my account number. I love the Newnan location! Everybody there is so friendly. I will never get help from this location again. I have been banking with united bank for 5 years. I have several account with you all. The whole experience was rude. I hope this is brought to somebody’s attention. I work in customer service and would never ever laugh at someone when it comes to their money. Thanks!

      Not with the bank - however the entire help line with United Bank is not working. Can someone please Address this. It’s a bad deal when you work 11 days straight - then have (1) day off & you have to deal with a phone service issue. Not to mention the website is not responding & I live out of state. Otherwise I wouldn’t have this issue.

      This is the BEST bank I have ever banked with. The staff are absolutely amazing and have been helpful every time I call. I moved out of state and I still keep my account here because of the level of service I receive from this bank.
