  How this place stays open blows my mind. They want new retail prices for most of the used equipment in their PAWN shop. They obviously can’t be selling anything. I’ve watched largely overpriced items in their inventory sit for 6 months to a year. Don’t even get me started on the rude employees and terrible customer service.

  Amazing people work here. I would highly recommend purchasing and pawning anything through Sam’s pawn shop! They are a great business who treat people with kindness, professionalism, and a caring attitude.

  OUTSTANDING / EXCELLENT SERVICE... The Manager is truly customer focus. We returned to this store as buying customer because of the way we were treated a few months ago when purchasing another item. We were served by employee John on the first visit and Phyllis on the second visit. Both employees were true professional.. Thanks/

  Worst pawn shop I've been to, they underpaying for guns will only offer about 20 percent of what the item goes for even if it is in good condition then turn around and sell it for triple that. White lady behind counter acts like she is God's gift to earth.

  This place is overcharging for all their items. Went in there looking for air compressors and found a heavy bag. Looked online I saw that it was selling at Walmart for 53 bucks and came with gloves. The one there was just the bag not in a box or anything. Told the lady there the cost of it brand new. She talked to a younger guy who came out, wrote something, and walked into the back. 10 minutes later I ask the woman, "What about the bag?" She asked, "Oh, he didn't tell you?" Walks back there, comes back and says, "He says 60 bucks." What an idiot.

  GREAT!!! Customer Service the best in Griffin, not to be compared to that dump Sam Pawn which is their old location, I went in there to pawn something and they lied saying its the same company when they knew they weren't E Pawn and have no affiliation!! Been going to the real E pawn for years no complaints the crew changed but manager stays the same Mark is great ask for him when you go!!!!!

  Was going to buy a mower for 130 but got told i coudnt bc didint have mask on lost my money and business i work at atl air port and dnt have to were a mask this is bull

  five star... whenever I need help I know where to go....I was greeted as soon as I opened the door... The younger guy there is GREAT....I highly recommend them...All I can say they r not just a pawn shop that wants money...They sincerely wants to help you....God bless them all

  Hey y'all I purchased a chainsaw that cranked at store but when I used it had no power has a scared cylinder and I showed them they won't make it good there's no signs in store that says all sales are final I called corporate he said he would talk to manager we will see $ 225 is a lot of money for something that didn't work my money comes hard
