  Why can't all banks and businesses have customer service like United Bank? I chose United Bank because the bankers at every branch are always friendly and genuine. They LISTENED to what I said and actually held a conversation with me - not just obligatory nods. In a desert of impersonal corporate banks, United Bank is the oasis. Top-notch!

  We got our construction loan with United Bank and it was the smoothest process ever. My wife and I are both self employed, and i couldn't recommend this bank anymore. Please ask for Cora Shackelford... you won't find a more professional, pleasant person in the world to help you with a construction loan!

  United Bank as a whole has always been a pleasure to work with but the Williamson branch always has great customer service and have always went above and beyond to assure that my experience was pleasant. It would be nice to see smiling faces again instead of masks.

  United bank in Williamson is super friendly. I have been banking with United for many years and have several accounts. Our business was fortunate enough to have gotten the PPP loan which was very simple with the help of Ms. Hutto who is a great asset to United bank.

  I grew up with UB being my family's bank. They were personable and down to earth. When I started driving a truck I had switched to BoA because I felt it would be easier in times of need being in different locations across the US but I was sadly mistaken. Large fees, fleecing of Over Draft services and just by the numbers left a sour taste in my mouth. UB was my go to for my Auto Loans and even started my own business with their help and will once again be my family's bank. Just their small-town service and hearing my first name used to greet me upon walking through those doors just as they did my Father growing up, tells me they value me as a person and not just a customer. There's a heart behind their decisions, not an algorithm.

  My experience with this bank is excellent!!! I had my PPP LOAN Processed by Tracy Hutto and she did a great job for me getting it done. I would highly recommend this bank and her service. I will continue to do my banking with this bank. GREAT JOB AND THANK AGAIN.
