  I have been able to work with enough Title companies to truly know the things that are the most important to me as a lender; integrity, knowledge, response time, flexibility to name a few. Union Title has an incredible group of honest, hard working and genuine people. They are able to answer the hard questions and educate and teach the clients, according to their level of understanding the necessary information. There is never a time when we ask for closing information or needed documentation that they don’ t do so willingly and quickly. Union Title will do all they can to serve you as the lender and realtor to close and fund at the time and location most convenient for you and your client. In the end...they make YOU look good and they deliver! I highly recommend trying them if you haven’t already done so.

They gathered the necessary information and worked to get everything taken care of for us. I was very happy with their efforts in getting this matter handled and would recommend them to anyone.
