  I was a first time home buyer and was nervous about the whole thing. I started with another mortgage company but after several weeks had gotten nowhere and was completely confused about what was happening and what I was supposed to be doing. My sister referred me to Paula Clark at Canopy Mortgage and it was like night and day. She arranged a meeting almost the next day and had answers to questions I didn't even know to ask.   The experience I had with canopy was great now that I was able to communicate with them in my language Spanish and was about to understand everything that I needed to know with the purchase of my new house.   5 Plus Stars for Paula!!! I had a most fabulous mortgage experience with Paula Clark at Canopy. She made the process so smooth. Anyone wanting to get a loan done quickly and receive the needed support along the way - Paula is the one! On another transaction with Canopy - I had three loans that started in December and have yet to close. The individual I have been working with did not communicate well with me on locking the rate back in January - costing me thousands of dollars. I am still waiting for a closing at now higher rates and closing costs - very frustrating experience with a loan representative who was not Paula. I WISH Paula could have handled all my loans!!

  Andy is the best. He always made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything that was going on. I chose another lender 3 years ago when I purchased my first home and regretted it. I worked with Andy on my second home purchase and will continue to work with him in the future.
