  I was a little skeptical about being able to refinance at such a low rate but due to my status as a veteran and all time low interest rates, it was possible to save over $40,000 over the life of the loan. Kylie helped explain things when I had questions and I had a lot of questions haha. She was very patient.

  I wanted to share a positive experience that my wife and I had working with LOW VA RATES to refinance our home. We worked with Justin Lindman at LOW VA RATES. The service was above excellent. How is that possible?! My wife and I have used a different lender before we found LOW VA RATES. We will now only use LOW VA RATES as our lender for all future ventures. The professionalism and communication during the process made this refinance seem like we didn’t do anything. Justin Lindman really took care of us by answering all the questions we asked. This refinance also took place during the Covid-19 epidemic. Thanks again!

  Low VA Rates got me an outstanding refinance rate in under a month! Eric Jorgensen and his team are the most dedicated and customer service oriented group I've EVER dealt with! He introduced me to each person in his group, their functions and how I would be dealing with them. I had names, email addresses and direct dial phone numbers for everyone! Every question I had was answered if not the same day, at least by the next. Everyone I dealt with was patient, pleasant and professional...the 3P's necessary for any company to produce happy and satisfied customers! I give Low VA Rates and the Flagship Financial Group 5 Stars out of 5!!! I recommend any Veteran seeking to refinance or purchase a home to check out this organization first!!! You will not be disappointed! In my honest opinion, the BEST business organization I've EVER dealt with!!!

  Jared at VA Low Rates was excellent. I’d give him more stars if I could. He was honest and worked hard to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My interest loan rate was cut in half from what it was, lowering my monthly mortgage by almost $400. Thank you, Jared!

  I had an amazing experience with this refinancing process going through Low VA Rates. Everyone that was involved was so helpful, and answered all my question no matter how many times I would ask the same one. I would definitely recommend going through these guys if you have the opportunity to.

  I was quite pleased with the process, the communication and service I received. I received a VA refinance loan. This is the 3rd company I've worked with and it was the best by far. I can't say enough good things about working with Ben, my loan representative. Things went faster and smoother than any of the other loan companies I've worked with. Kudos to Low VA Rates.
