  It was my first time purchasing a house and Eric and his team helped me throughout the entire process. He was able to help me get a low interest rate as well as low processing fees. He responded to all my calls and emails in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend him and his team to anyone that is looking to purchase their first home or even refinancing their home. I even has a mishap with changing jobs at the last minute and he was able to pull through the loan. Even though it was my mistake that could have costed me my loan, Eric was able to work it out and we got our loan and keys right on time. Thank You for everything! Andy

  I made three refinance at same time! To my surprise, Eric and his team are Very professional and efficient! They took care off my loan so efficient, save me a lot of headache! Their rate is competitive and no fee no point and low fee depend on your loan! I saved around $500 for my monthly payments!Highly recommended to anyone who need a refinance!

  I worked with Eric and his team for the first time this year when I refinanced my mortgage. Like what others said in their posts, he and his team are quick (and accurate, of course). They're very responsive with a quick turnaround time and when it came to the last week of closing, I made a mistake that caused a slight delay. However, they adapted very well to my situation and I was able to refi my mortgage without any issues at all on their part. I have no doubt that Eric and his team are busy, but they've taken the time to clarify things without making me feel stupid about it and I knew I made the right choice. I just wish I shopped around more and went with this company when I first bought my house. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

  I usually don’t like to rate anything or anyone but Eric is exceptional. He’s very good at what he does and quick at responding to his email. At first I find it very weird that he doesn’t take phone call or text and who doesn’t text nowadays but his email is as quick as texting. I have worked with him twice and hopefully again in the near future. Keep up the good work Eric!

  Eric and his team were easy to work with and helped me every single step of the way. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I had regarding the home buying process. One thing is these guys are FAST. My real estate agent was extremely impressed at how quick they got our loan processed.
