  This company saved my life!!! My case was complicated for other lenders because I’m a foreigner. But with Vera, she closes my case in only two weeks!!! With the lowest rate on market!!!! Vera is super, super professional, responsive, easy to communicate with, sweet and helpful!!!! And she is pretty consistent - after our very first conversation everything (including the rate) stayed the same. No further negotiations, no further changes/restrictions.   Vera and her team closed my loan in 2 weeks. I was denied by another lender 3weeks ago, and my realtor friend recommended vera. I came to her and she is really fast, friendly and helpful.   I had an extremely positive experience getting my refinance through AAA Capital Investment. Specifically, I worked with Vera. Vera was amazing and instrumental in getting my refinance loan. She was straightforward and super easy to work with. Any issues that arose with getting the loan approved, Vera quickly dealt with them to help provide a smooth transaction. I had called other companies to get quotes and Vera was the most personable and knowledgeable, so I chose to work with her.   I have done two refinance with them in the last 15 months due to the low rates and both time have been such a professional and streamlined experience. Not only they were able to offer the most competitive rate among the other quotes I have received, they worked around the clock to push my case forward and everything was done in the matter of couple weeks. My second file had a little more issues on our side and they were able to come up with solutions to help us move the file forward.   I woman by the name of Jo Chang claims to be a loan officer for this company. This loan officer kept us in escrow for over 23 days and never received loan approval. She claimed that the listing uploaded online was the reason for the delay. She sent it to another lender and still had no approval in place. I am a real estate broker. I’ve sold several hundred properties. Never once have I heard of a loan being denied because of the way a listing was uploaded. Stay away from this company, no responses via text or phone calls.
