  I have just about had it with This bank, i been coming to cash my check on saturday for years and now this is the 4th Time I had to go to another bank with LINES AROUND 2 CORNERS and WAIT FOREVER TO GET IN! Im going to switch banks if i have to go the the bank on valley one more time.

  Lousy communication skill. Poor customer service. Its phone and web site only says it is temporarily closed but failed to say whether or when it is to be re-opened. Obviously BoA does not plan and does not allow customers to plan either .

  Lousy management (as usual for BofA). There can be people lined up around 3 walls of the lobby and they will refuse to open more than 2 teller windows, even tho there are literally 6 people working in cubicles. They just don't care.

  This location is horrible, the managers see a big line and versus opening up a register and help they walk away and hide. Two tellers were only open and the bank security guard sees a line and brings a old person to in front of me without asking me if its is okay. The security guard says this the rules of the bank. I am going to report is issue American disability act since I myself am a disabled person. improvements of this location. 1.) Tellers need to speak English not Chinese when customers are arounds. 2.) Manager needs to be in front with tellers to oversee everything is okay versus hiding in the back/side. 3.) Security guard need to do his job, if a elderly person comes in the bank customer service guest teller needs to help them versus being on her phone and dosing off. overall this bank is a horribly managed.

  West Covina bank told fully booked had to go to another bank to get my EDD problems n my son was having trouble to login Online My son booked appointment to see a banker at Alhambra. The banker who help us he was very patient n helpful I also talked to their manger because it’s really hard to see a banker without appointment. Now I know if I can make an appointment to see a banker

  A teller lied and said we are still in a coin shortage to avoid giving me 2 rolls of quarters. (This is not true, I confirmed this by visiting the nearby Chase.) The atmosphere is hostile and the tellers are extremely rude, on top of unprofessional and slow to do their work. This location is the worst in the area. Please avoid this location

  As I mentioned to the Teller that assisted me yesterday. From all of the BofA branches that I have been too. Alhambra branch is the most courteous, helpful and organized. Thank you 🙂

  Ask for George! He helped me with my savings account and was very nice and pleasant to talk to. I understand people hate the long wait but they are well organized and maintain the safety protocols. Plus not every b of a is open right now.
