  Standing in Line on saturday, the other bank on main is closed... AGAIN even though it says they are OPEN,So I Arrive here to a Line Around 2 Corners, Standing in the Rain for 35 minutes to get inside, Im Absolutely fed up with these long wait times only to close at 1... If the lines are this Long GET MORE TELLERS OR STAY OPEN LONGER! This is The 4th Time I had To wait 45 minutes to cash a check and i cant come during the week cause I work during 8-5

  I don't care which Bank of America branch I visit every time I go in no matter the time of day the lines are always extremely long. It always seems as if they are lacking the manpower or the employee to handle the customers. For a financial institution with a market capitalization of 300 billion dollars, it is very disappointing. Long slow lines and one teller for every 12 to 15 customers. The parking here is also subpar! Aggravating!

  Hispanic lady at window has very bad customer service. She has the worst attitude. I ask for her to cash a check and then deposit it to my account but she didn’t do it she did what she wanted to do. I see that other customers are treated much better than what she does at the window. Now I know why the gentleman in front of me told me to pass. He didn’t want to go with her

  Since I have been coming here nobody ever greets me. All the staff just speaks Chinese language. There is a few that know English. Until I actually reach the bank teller they say hi. This Bank has giving me alot of trouble these past few months. Luckily nothing serious happen but I do blame it on the bank. These past few months they charged me some ridiculous overdraft charges. It was about 3 in a row. They could not help me out so I close my account with them.

  Really BAD service. I’d like to open a business account. I don’t have the documents printed but I have them in my email so I was asking that could I email to email and have them printed here. They told me it has to be customer provided. What a ridiculous! Never gonna visit here again.

  Make sure you got a couple hours to spend cause stay are sooooo slowwwwwwww. And I feel like cattle pushed through the slaughter house.

  Branch costumer service not friendly at all but bank of America has kind of better banking services with foreign costumers.

  Conveniently located on valley blvd. Stephen is really helpful and patient to get my problems solved. I will definitely come back to him for future inquiries.
