  They have the worst customer service ever,and they charge way to much...go to ace cash...they have amazing customer service and their prices for cashing checks are reasonable..thank goodness I opened another bank account

  Personal checks are expensive to cash, but it makes sense because they are the highest risk for the business. It might seem rough, but they charge for risk. I've always had good service there, just now called with a question and the person on the phone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on good customer experience. Great resource. Payroll checks and sending money have always been reasonably priced there, too.

  I am extremely unbelievable bad experience's with the staff who is working on the counter ,she is older late 50s white hair worked alone that day .She treated me with no respect ,didn't listen & aggressive approach while I was dealing with her about check cashing …I been this place couple times I haven't experience like that like before. May be she has so bad day and working alone with lots of customers who barely understand English n even speak English. She wasn't nice at all & screamed at me to leave office without understanding people feelings I didn't get the services done so I left that office right away. I am not coming back to this place, I am done with this …..

  One day recently I was having an exceptionally bad customer service experience while trying to resolve a issue with Western Union. I had the pleasure of being helped by Mary Ann an employee of the Unbank at 1009 E. Franklin. Mary Ann had an uncanny sense of awareness of how much of a of a catastrophe my day was becoming, she went above and beyond to assist me in getting my issue resolved. Thank You again...Mary Ann

  I been coming here for years, live across the street from it, ad even worked there from 2016-17 one day I walked In to cash a check when one of the staff members told me I wasnt in the system and let me tell u this I was there couple of days earlier to cash money order. So it didn't make no sense. And young lady telling me this is someone I worked with for a whole year. I didn't know know what her problem was but must've been personal. Long story short Gary if your reading this please tell your employees to be a little more professional. And stop playing with your money.

  My id expires a year ago and i havent been able to renew it. I was formerly a customer, we're talking some years ago, like 5 or 6.. The young lady cheerfully cashed my check and was fun ro deal with.

  The cashier that rang me up was beyond rude. Somalian girl if im not mistaken. I went to cash a check and after asking my birthday she asks me what was the check for. Was it payroll. Last i check what my check is for or frm is not her business, her job is to cash it. She talked wit her coworker the entire time i was there. I asked for a book of stamps as well a roll of quarters. She says they dnt have rolls of quarters. Ive gotten quarters there before so that was interesting to hear. I had my id out but she never ask me for it even when i offered. Ive been there many times before and that was the first rude encounter ive ever had. I was tired frm work and didnt wanna snap but i truely didnt appreciate her attitude
