  Went to several banks today to cash checks. Out of all the banks I had the poorest experience. They were the only bank to charge a fee to cash a check from their bank and they don’t give out receipts for the transaction.

  The ATM deposit is ALWAYS not working. It is vey inconvenient. I chose this bank for the connivence of being close but it is not worth it for the hassle of the ATM not accepting deposits and having to drive all the way up to 175th in Puyallup when it’s after hours and I need to deposit.

  Pretty good place, just wish they had a few more in pierce county, but they have one in Puyallup next to the ram, and gone depot, and one in Lakewood across the street from McDonalds, on 100th and almost gravely lake

  Very slow drive through service. Teller chatting with co workers and didn't even look up to say hi or just a minute. It took 11 min including wait time to be helped. Not the best bank

  I received very pleasant service here. The people are nice and friendly. They did what I asked of them.
